Hello! My name is Jabneel.

Like many others, I found myself during the pandemic reflecting on my next career move. That’s when I discovered UX/UI Design—a path that seamlessly blends my passions, personality, and purpose: helping others through design.

I’m currently a Senior Product Designer at Scout Motors, a new EV company based in South Carolina. My role spans website design support, service platform design for both enterprise and what will be the Scout app, and design system development. As a startup, Scout Motors presents a dynamic environment filled with exciting opportunities and unique challenges, allowing me to contribute across multiple facets of the design process.

Before joining Scout, I worked for Ford Motor Credit Company. There, I played a key role in bringing FordPro™ FinSimple™ to life—a new financing experience designed to replace Ford Credit and Lincoln Automotive Financial Services, streamlining financial solutions for commercial customers.

Previously, I worked at Rivian as a Product Designer for ServiceOS, the app used by vehicle technicians to service consumer, commercial, and fleet vehicles. Prior to that, I helped American Express design a customer acquisition platform that empowered the International Acquisition team to achieve business goals while keeping user needs at the center of the design-thinking process.

My career began in the media industry back in Puerto Rico, where I was born and raised. Over time, I transitioned into digital marketing, working with companies like Norwegian Cruise Lines, REEF Technology, Quirch Foods, and Sky Chef.

When I'm not designing or exploring new tools, you’ll find me playing pickleball with my partner and friends. (If you haven’t tried it, be warned—it’s highly addictive!)

I also have a wonderful human daughter and two 🐾 four-legged ones too!
